Have I mentioned that I love to do hair?

If not:

I love doing hair!!

This  was a new one to try,

and I think it turned out pretty good

Make Over & Photo Session

 My sis came to town a couple months ago to visit,

which is a big deal considering she lives 1,300 miles away

She let me talk her into dressing her up one evening

to look like a 1940's movie star

or something like that... I could be off...

Anyway

I did her hair 

and only touched up her make up

{she did most of it herself}

And then pulled out all of my amazing

(or lacking) 

photography skills

{and five lamps and make-shift back drops}

and got to work:

I have to say that I love how this turned out. 

She actually showed me the exact same picture 

that my Prom 'Do gal showed me 

as a pattern for her hair do as well.

They turned out completely different.

In a good way, of course.

After all, no two snowflakes are the same...

and "just make me look good".

I love it when they say that.
