I Heart Quotes

I have my Disney station playing on Pandora, and my (almost) two year old is singing along. It's adorable. Last week when we made our other valentine decorations together with her new markers it got me thinking about what other easy decorations I could easily make. I wanted to do something that was more personal for our little family.... okay, or for me and my hubby...

I went on a little quote hunt to find some favorite love quotes...

...and used my never-ending stash of scrapping paper to cut out the hearts. I made a bunch of these and hung them all over where my hubby and I can read them all month long. They are in the closet, in the study, in the bathroom, by the calendar, and the light switches too! It's a sweet little reminder as we are going about our normal busy days of what it the most important to us.

Today I am going to read a speech by Dallin H. Oaks that he gave over the weekend. He spoke at the Chapman University School of Law, and my hubby is in law school right now so it should be pretty interesting. I'm also going to spend a little time over at The Blog Guidebook. They always have something that I need to learn about blogging, as well as tons of really great bloggers that I have yet to meet! But first I am going to boogie to the Bare Necessities song from Disney's Jungle Book with my little miss G.
