Lasagna Roll

I made this for my hubby's bday dinner-

It was such a hit! 

I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it as well.

It's like lasagna, 

but rolled, and really really pretty

and yummy

Spaghetti sauce on the noodle, then

Frozen spinach mixed with ricotta

turkey burger and some cheese

Roll 'em up

Fresh basil on the top
