Ten Days...and we painted.

Ten Days.
It's really been ten days since I posted last.
What. Time is going....somewhere.
I'm not quite sure where.

I've been so good at keeping up with myself,
until I apparently fell off a cliff.

Not to worry, though.
I've been busy. Maybe a little too busy.
(Christmas is coming!!)

My hubby has had two night classes a week this semester.
LAME.
It has been partially alright,
one of the evenings I've been playing on a Volleyball league team.
The other evening of the week the little lady and I just do whatever we want.

Like paint:

(I know it may be hard to distinguish my painting from the toddlers,
but I'm not going to tell you which one is which. Sneaky.)

I actually haven't sat down to do a real painting in, hmmm...
six years? Probably.
I have just been so inspired by the sky
and the autumn leaves the last month or so
I couldn't just sit and do nothing about it.

It felt so fulfilling to mix the colors
and to watch little miss G copy me on her own masterpiece.
She did three paintings in the time that I did my one.
Show off.
Guess I have some practicing to do!

  1. Wow, Becky! I had no idea you were that good! Your painting is AMAZING. Or, maybe that one is Miss G's...
It reminds me of that back road between Santaquin and Payson. The one with all the trees lining the road.
