It seems to be that time of year again, when there is just so much delicious pumpkin laying around. And, yes, I do mean that quite literally, but I'll post about that another time. What I am referring to is the other half of the huge can of pumpkin puree that has been in my fridge for the last... five days? Don't worry, it was still good.... Pumpkin Bread! Of course with a healthy dose of chocolate chips throughout! I know- this isn't anything super amazing, but it is legit for my blog since it is something I made, right? I got this specific recipe from this cookbook. It's one of my favorite books, and I use it all the time. There is also this recipe for an amazing pumpkin cake roll with cream cheese filling in there that I want to try. Don't worry, that one will definitely end up on the blog if I make it. Just to make your mouth water. And my Tip for Tuesday? Always add more chocolate!
